Sync to camera
Read the FR7's timecode display, type it, and hit Sync the moment
it matches. The app computes the offset from this phone's clock — camera TC must be
set to Clock (time of day), Free Run.
Back-time shifts every exported marker earlier by this many seconds — useful because
you usually press the button a beat after the restart happens. Drop-frame
rates aren't supported; use 25p/50p (PAL) or true 24/30/60.
